Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Noida Sector 8 and Kalindi, Delhi. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, be able to read and interpret construction drawings, and have good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Read, understand and interpret architectural, structural and civil drawings.
- Prepare, review and modify drawings using AutoCAD as required.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers and other project team members.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the site.
- Check measurements and maintain records of work completed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the management.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings and inspection records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in civil construction/site execution will be preferred.
- Must be able to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day site activities.
- Willingness to travel/commute to project sites in Noida Sector 8 and Kalindi, Delhi.

Preferred Candidate

- Practical knowledge of civil site execution.
- Experience in handling contractors and labour.
- Ability to identify drawing discrepancies and site-level issues.
- Good knowledge of measurements, quantities and basic estimation.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Job Location

Noida Sector 8 and Kalindi, Delhi

Note: The candidate may be required to work at either project location depending on project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
