Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations during an assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, staff productivity, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate employees during the assigned shift.
- Allocate duties and ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of shift targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash and documentation where applicable.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Address staff issues and escalate serious matters to management.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are followed.




- Coordinate handover between shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
- Support the manager in achieving sales, productivity, quality, and cost-control targets.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant operational or supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a team-lead or supervisory role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
