Knowledge: Labour Law Compliance, factory's Act, Company's Acts and CLRA.

Experience: 3 to 5 years working in human resources, legal, or corporate compliance.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and high ethical standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Social Security Management: Statutory Registers, Process and remit Provident Fund (EPF), State Insurance (ESI), Qualified Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Payroll & Wage Oversight: Validate accurate calculations for minimum wages, overtime, bonuses, and gratuity.
- Statutory Filings: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual returns under applicable labor acts.
- Government Liaison: Coordinate inspections, audits, and responses to notices from labor and PF/ESI offices.
- License & Record Maintenance: Apply for and renew factory, trade, and Shops & Establishment licenses alongside mandatory employee registers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
