Role Summary
Provide technical ownership and architectural leadership for the ServiceNow platform. Define solution architectures, establish engineering standards, drive platform strategy, and lead complex implementations across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITAM, GRC/IRM, Custom Applications, and Enterprise Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical direction.
Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms and integration frameworks.
Govern platform standards, security, scalability, and performance.
Review and approve solution designs, customizations, and integrations.
Lead technical discussions with client and enterprise stakeholders.
Guide multiple development teams and mentor Team Leads.
Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.
