Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support the implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.

- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
