About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Influencer Marketing Specialist – Outreach who understands the creator ecosystem and can independently manage creator discovery, outreach, negotiations, and relationships.

You’ll work on campaigns across FMCG, beauty, personal care, lifestyle, and e-commerce, including brands such as McDowell’s, Amazon, and other leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist creators based on audience, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Conduct targeted and high-volume outreach to creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Build and maintain solid creator relationships and a relevant creator network.
- Manage commercial negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.




- Coordinate with creators from outreach through final content delivery.
- Track outreach, negotiations, approvals, and campaign deliverables.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on creator trends, content formats, and influencer pricing.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, talent management, or outreach.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate creators based on more than just follower count.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Existing relationships with creators, talent managers, or agencies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
