Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Guest Reception: Welcoming guests warmly, managing the entryway, and providing menus.
- Seating & Flow: Escorting guests to tables, distributing customers evenly among server stations to balance workloads.
- Reservation & Waitlist Management: Handling phone/online bookings and managing waitlists during busy periods.
- Support Roles: Assisting staff with clearing tables, cleaning the entrance area, and addressing guest complaints.
