Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with complex codebases, RESTful APIs, databases, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern frontend development using React.js.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop RESTful API endpoints with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver robust full-stack solutions.
- Design data models and database schemas.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Own application deployment and contribute to automation and release processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering application design, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for assigned development tasks.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to production incidents/emergencies.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional software development experience working with medium/large and complex codebases.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development.
- Robust experience with Golang (Go) as the primary programming language.




- Experience with Java or Python is an added advantage.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Strong understanding of clean code, maintainable architecture, and software documentation.
- In-depth experience with database management.
- Experience with AWS/cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of React.js best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with automated deployment and infrastructure tools such as:
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Jenkins
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
