Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and setup of restaurants, dining areas, and service stations.
- Welcome and guide guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist in taking food and beverage orders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.
- Explicit and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist with mise-en-place and other pre-service preparations.
- Learn about menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Support senior associates during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.
- Handle guest requests promptly and report concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining service equipment, linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Participate actively in departmental training and apprenticeship learning activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month
