FP&A; / Finance Business Partner – CL8 & CL 9

Location: Gurugram, NCR

Key Responsibilities

- Manage FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Manage and analyze P&L;, business performance and key financial metrics.
- Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and financial performance dashboards.
- Identify business risks, trends and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Support strategic finance and business planning initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and business performance.
