Job Description – Video Editor Company: VSM Marketing Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years About the Role VSM Marketing is looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our creative and marketing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, a creative mindset, good editing speed, and experience in creating engaging social media content. We are looking for someone who can efficiently handle a consistent volume of high-quality content while maintaining creativity, accuracy, and professional editing standards. Key Responsibilities - Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content. - Create engaging videos using motion graphics, animations, transitions, effects, typography, and visual elements. - Work on AI-generated and AI-assisted video content using relevant AI tools. - Understand current social media trends and create content according to trending formats. - Add suitable music, sound effects, captions, transitions, graphics, and other creative elements. - Maintain a good balance between editing speed, creativity, and video quality. - Work closely with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements. - Make necessary revisions based on feedback from the team. - Manage raw footage, project files, and final video files properly. - Ensure assigned videos are completed within the required timelines. - Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, and overall video quality. Required Technical Skills The candidate should have good working knowledge of:



- Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Photoshop - CorelDRAW - CapCut or similar editing applications - Motion Graphics & Animation - AI Video Generation & AI-assisted Editing Tools - Short-form/Reels editing - Video transitions and effects - Typography and text animation - Basic graphic designing - Sound effects and audio editing - Creative visual composition Candidate Requirements - Minimum 6 months of relevant professional experience in video editing. - Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. - Experienced candidates only; freshers are not preferred for this position. - Strong portfolio or previous work samples will be required. - Good knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, AI videos, and social media content creation. - Good understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form content formats. - Must have good editing speed and be able to handle a consistent volume of content efficiently. - Strong creativity and attention to detail. - Ability to understand instructions and implement feedback quickly. - Ability to work independently as well as with the creative/marketing team. - Must be comfortable working full-time from the Noida office. Performance Expectations The candidate should be able to work with good speed and consistency while maintaining skilled-quality output. We are looking for an editor who can efficiently manage regular short-form video requirements without compromising on creativity, editing quality, or deadlines.
