We are looking for a skilled and industry-oriented Civil Engineering Faculty / ETABS Trainer to train B.Tech/Diploma Civil Engineering students in structural analysis and design using ETABS. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, application-oriented sessions and helping students develop the technical skills required for academic projects and industry careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in ETABS.
- Teach structural analysis and design concepts with practical examples.
- Train students in modelling of buildings and structural systems using ETABS.
- Explain load calculations, load combinations and structural analysis.
- Demonstrate seismic analysis and design concepts.
- Train students in interpretation of analysis and design results.
- Guide students in creating structural models and project documentation.
- Provide practical assignments, exercises and project-based learning.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Support students in resolving technical and modelling-related issues.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices.

Key Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise in ETABS.
- Knowledge of structural analysis and design of RCC structures.
- Understanding of loading,



load combinations and seismic analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant IS Codes and structural design practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other structural engineering software is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong ETABS practical knowledge and project experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
