About the Role:

- Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end on a daily basis - setting up, scheduling, and

dispatching across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push channels with accuracy and speed.

- Maintain detailed, structured records of every campaign run - including audience

segments, message variants, send times, and outcomes, so that nothing is lost or

ambiguous in the audit trail.

- Work closely with the content and design team to give campaign briefs, refine them, test

with real users, and finally test and execute them with high accuracy.

- Analyse the result of each campaign, get learnings, and report them, with clear insights

and next steps.

- Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring that marketing campaigns get created

accurately and executed on time.

- Identify recurring friction points in the execution workflow and propose or help implement

process improvements, checklists, or alerts to reduce manual error.

What We Expect From You:

- A methodical, process-first approach — you follow steps precisely,

document everything, and treat shortcuts as a risk .

- Robust attention to detail — you catch discrepancies in audience lists, message

content,



or scheduling parameters before they go out, not after.

- A collaborative instinct — you ask the right questions when a brief is

unclear rather than making assumptions, and you loop in stakeholders

early when something looks off.

- A structured mindset around error prevention — you naturally think in terms of

checklists, version control, and confirmation steps.

Must Haves:

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - for managing audience lists, tracking

campaign logs, and maintaining execution records.

- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, process-driven operations or execution

role.

- Excellent record-keeping habits - can maintain a clean, auditable log of all work done

with zero ambiguity.

- Ability to follow detailed SOPs precisely and raise a flag when something deviates

from the defined process.

- Valuable written communication skills in English - for coordination with internal teams

and documenting execution notes.

Good to have:

- Familiarity with any marketing tool like Clevertap, Moengage, Hubspot or Raven is preferred.
