About the Role

Are you an Electrical Engineer who understands technical schematics but prefers client interaction and problem-solving over purely desk-bound design or testing?

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Electrical Engineer to serve as the core technical expert alongside our commercial sales team. In this role, you will analyze customer requirements, evaluate electrical drawings, and guide clients toward the exact product configurations they need. You won't be doing cold sales—your job is to provide the technical authority that helps close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Consultation: Partner directly with sales representatives during client calls and meetings to answer complex technical inquiries.
- Schematic & Blueprint Review: Read, analyze, and interpret customer electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Solution Architecture: Recommend suitable product models, configurations, and technical alternatives based on client requirements.
- Product Demos & Proposals: Conduct technical presentations, showcase product capabilities, and assist in drafting technical proposals/RFP responses.
- Internal Sales Enablement: Brief the non-technical sales team on product specs,



technical advantages, and application limits.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Technical Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or a related technical discipline.
- Drawing Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and evaluate electrical schematics, drawings, and single-line diagrams.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical electrical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical business buyers.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, application engineering, technical support, or engineering sales (candidates with a solid technical background looking to transition into client-facing roles are encouraged to apply).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
