JD for Marketing Head

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the company's marketing function, strengthen product and brand presence, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, understanding market trends, and working closely with the Sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives.

2. Create and execute brand and product marketing plans to increase sales, market share, and product visibility.

3. Plan and execute marketing activities through digital, conventional, and non-conventional marketing channels.

4. Conduct competition analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities.

5. Conduct online and offline market surveys to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

6. Develop strategies for new product launches, product positioning, and brand building.

7. Design and plan effective marketing campaigns across relevant channels.

Brainstorm and develop new and innovative marketing ideas to strengthen brand awareness and product performance.

9. Plan and monitor marketing budgets and promotional activities.

10. Identify opportunities for new products, current markets, and business expansion.

11. Plan and coordinate product launches, CME/events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities where required.

12. Conduct regular marketing review meetings and present MIS, market analysis, and performance reports to management.

Qualification

MBA in Marketing or a related field.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role preferred.

Experience in brand management, product marketing, campaign planning, market research, and sales coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
