Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain Swarnaz Smart Gold jewellery, purity, pricing, benefits and offers clearly.
- Demonstrate products and suggest suitable designs based on customer needs.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and potential leads.
- Maintain proper customer details and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain proper product presentation and showroom discipline.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding customer requirements, orders and sales.
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from greeting to billing.
- Stay updated about new products, offers, schemes and company policies.

- Customer-friendly and confident personality.
- Good presentation and grooming.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products.
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery sales is preferred.
- Comfortable with customer follow-ups through phone/WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification & Experience

- Experience: 1–3 years in jewellery, retail, fashion or premium customer sales preferred.
- Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
