Experience
4–5 years of experience in Coding & Marking or a related industrial/technical industry, preferably in B2B/industrial sales.
Qualification
MBA / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
Key Responsibilities
Develop recent business opportunities and manage sales activities in the assigned territory.
Identify, map and track projects across various industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.
Prepare sales forecasts and rolling forecasts as per the product matrix.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Submit periodic sales and business reports to management.
Key Requirements & Skills
Strong Sales & Business Development skills.
Experience in territory management and B2B/industrial sales.
Good understanding of Coding,
Marking & Labelling or related industrial products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and target-oriented personality.
Proficiency in Hindi, English and local language.
Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate
A presentable and target-driven sales professional with 4–5 years of relevant industrial/technical sales experience, strong communication skills and proven experience in business development, territory handling and achieving sales targets.
