Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, API integration, database management, and ensuring high performance and security of web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable back-end applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Conduct testing and fix bugs before deployment.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and source-code management.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, software developers, QA teams, and management.
- Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.




- Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of MongoDB and database concepts.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state-management libraries.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in web development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer.
