Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in handling daily operations, coordination, scheduling, communication, and business activities. The candidate should be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing confidential tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and business information
- Follow up on important tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events
- Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications
- Maintain MIS reports, records, and documentation
- Support the MD in operational and administrative activities
- Travel with the MD for business meetings if required

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university
- 3–7 years of experience as EA/PA to Director, CEO, or MD
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good drafting and email communication skills
- Professional personality with smart presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Versatile for travel and extended working hours when required

Salary

- Negotiable / As per industry standards
