The Role

Firgun Experiences is looking for an experienced Hospitality HR leader to build and lead our complete Human Resources and People function.

This is not a routine HR administration role.

We need someone who understands hospitality from the inside — its people, operational intensity, service culture, property teams and managerial challenges — and can build the systems and leadership capability required for a high-performance hospitality organisation.

What You Will Own

- Build and lead the complete HR function across our hospitality operations.
- Establish rigorous Performance Management through KRAs, KPIs, scorecards, review cycles, calibration and PIPs.
- Intensively coach, mentor and develop managers into capable people leaders.
- Train managers in delegation, accountability, feedback, difficult conversations, conflict management and team leadership.
- Build organisational structure, manpower planning, role clarity and succession systems.
- Lead recruitment and strengthen hiring quality across hospitality and central functions.
- Build structured onboarding, probation, training and employee-development systems.
- Strengthen employee relations, engagement, culture, discipline and grievance management.
- Establish strong HR policies, documentation, reporting, analytics and compliance systems.
- Partner with the CEO and functional leadership on organisational and people decisions.
- Build HR systems that create managerial accountability rather than managerial dependence on HR.

Mandatory Experience





We are specifically looking for candidates with:

- 7+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 5 years in an HR managerial/leadership capacity
- Substantial HR experience within the hospitality industry — mandatory
- Hands-on experience managing HR for hotels, resorts, hostels, restaurants, cafés or similar hospitality operations
- Strong experience in Performance Management
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing managers
- Experience building or significantly strengthening HR systems and processes
- Strong understanding of hospitality manpower planning, recruitment, retention, rosters, employee relations and operational workforce challenges
- Ability to work effectively with both frontline/operational and managerial teams
- Strong judgment, integrity, confidentiality and documentation discipline

Strongly Preferred

Experience working across multiple hospitality properties or locations, particularly in growing or entrepreneurial hospitality organisations.

Location & Travel

The position may be based between Panchkula and Jibhi, depending upon organisational requirements.

Regular presence at Jibhi and Firgun's operating properties will be an integral part of the role. This is not intended to become a purely desk-based corporate HR position.

Accommodation will be provided by the organisation when the employee is stationed in Jibhi.

If your experience has primarily been limited to HR administration, payroll coordination or recruitment execution, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
