We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Overseas Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The role involves screening candidates interested in overseas job opportunities, explaining the recruitment process, and coordinating candidates through the interview and documentation stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with candidates who are looking for job opportunities abroad.
- Explain overseas recruitment processes, job opportunities, requirements, and documentation clearly.
- Understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate walk-in interviews and candidate meetings.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, and other recruitment formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
*Requirements*
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, sales, or customer interaction.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Tamil/Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and following up with candidates.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to learn.
