We're Hiring: Assistant Sales Manager – International Markets (Automotive Spare Parts)

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves the thrill of opening new markets and closing international deals? We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our International Sales & Marketing team and help us expand our footprint across global markets.

What you'll do:

- Identify and develop new international markets for automotive spare parts
- Generate and convert B2B leads — importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, fleet operators & dealers
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiation and order closure
- Build strong relationships with international customers and drive repeat business
- Maintain a disciplined CRM/ERP pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Support marketing campaigns,



trade shows and market intelligence gathering
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales & pipeline reports

What we're looking for:

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B international sales, business development or export sales
- Automotive spare parts experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written & spoken English with strong negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems and solid Excel skills
- A self-starter who's organised, target-driven and thrives on disciplined follow-up
