We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and field recruitment.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Conduct bulk recruitment drives when required.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close vacancies within timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree; MBA in HR preferred.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
