Narra Restaurant is all about innovation, creativity, and contemporary cuisine. As a live craft kitchen, we are passionate about creating unique food experiences and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hot kitchen.

- Basic knowledge of vegetable cutting, fish filleting, and other essential kitchen preparations.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced live kitchen environment.

- Comfortable working with a diverse team from different backgrounds and cultures.

- Good knowledge and understanding of HACCP standards and food safety practices.

- Must maintain high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene at all times.

- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain consistency in food preparation.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, depending on operational requirements.

- Most importantly, the candidate should have a passion for food, willingness to learn, and a creative approach to cooking.
