​About the Role:

Evolvere Facades Private Limited is seeking a vigilant and experienced Safety Officer to oversee site safety, enforce hazard prevention protocols, and ensure complete regulatory compliance across facade installation projects in Pune.

​Key Responsibilities

​Implement and manage site safety programs, hazard identification, and risk assessments specific to facade and high-rise elevation works.

​Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and periodic safety audits for on-site crew.

​Enforce working-at-height safety standards, including proper usage of PPE, scaffolding, cradles, and safety harnesses.

​Investigate in office incidents or near-misses, preparing accurate root-cause analysis reports.





​Maintain complete compliance with local industrial safety regulations and project safety guidelines.

​Required Qualifications & Skills

​Education: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) is mandatory.

​Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on safety experience.

​Domain Expertise: Facade industry experience is strictly required (curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, working at height).

​Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
