About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can find potential business clients and connect with decision-makers through effective digital outreach. The role focuses on building a robust prospect pipeline and generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients according to the company's target market.
- Find decision-makers and relevant contact information using Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Execute cold outreach through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create personalized outreach messages using AI tools.
- Conduct regular and structured follow-ups with prospects.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.




- Schedule qualified meetings and maintain the sales team's appointment pipeline.
- Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and meeting conversions.
- Update CRM/lead sheets with accurate prospect information.
- Meet assigned lead and meeting-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, outreach, or prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email, or WhatsApp outreach.
- Understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good research and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with AI tools for prospecting and content personalization.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Compensation: ₹15K – ₹30K/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
