About the Role

We're looking for a curious and creative Junior Creative Strategist to join BLKBOX. If you're passionate about mobile games, enjoy understanding what makes them engaging, and love contributing to impactful advertising creatives, this role is for you.

As a Junior Creative Strategist, you'll analyze mobile games, capture gameplay, research market trends, and collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging concepts for advertising campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in creative strategy while working on global mobile gaming projects.

What You'll Do

- Play and analyze mobile games to understand gameplay, progression, and player experience.
- Capture high-quality gameplay footage for creative use.
- Research mobile game genres, competitors, and advertising trends.
- Identify engaging gameplay moments and creative opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for advertising concepts and creative campaigns.
- Assist in organizing creative references and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in mobile gaming and digital advertising.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in content, creative strategy, gaming, advertising, or a related field.
- Passion for mobile games and curiosity about what makes them engaging.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent observation and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Background in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising, Film, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience creating gaming content or recording gameplay is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software is a plus.
