Role Summary:

Vivek pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead the Quality Control and Microbiology department. This role requires strong regulatory expertise, leadership in managing injectable and OSD formulations, and hands-on experience in audits, documentation, and QMS compliance.

Candidate must be approved in Chemical & instrumental instrumentation & microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Daily work planning, work allocation, management, monitoring, evaluation of sample analysis and documentation.

❖ Ensure that Current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) is followed in quality control.





❖ Monitoring of compliance to cGMP in quality control.

❖ Sampling and analysis of Raw materials, Packing materials and water samples & validation /calibration instruments.

❖ Analysis and review of raw materials, packaging materials, Anatical method validation, cleaning validation samples, hold time study samples, in-process samples, and finished products.

❖ Responsible for stability study management

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of WHO GMP & New Schedule M

* Experience in regulated pharmaceutical QC Activities.

* Expertise in audit handling and regulatory documentation

* Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

* Ability to collaborate across QA, Production, and Other teams

Computer skills:-

* Software: - Microsoft office (Word and excel)
