Job Description :
MICEcafe Journey is looking for a dynamic and client-focused MICE Client Servicing Executive to manage corporate clients and ensure seamless servicing and coordination of MICE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate MICE clients.
- Understand client requirements for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and group travel.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with MICE Sales and Operations teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, queries and service-related concerns.
- Assist with MICE proposals, itineraries and client presentations.
- Ensure timely delivery of requirements and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple client accounts and MICE requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in MICE Client Servicing or Corporate Travel.
- Robust client handling, communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of MICE and group travel requirements.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
