Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to manage and supervise civil construction projects at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality, timelines and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute and monitor civil construction projects from start to completion.

· Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.

· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, vendors and internal teams.

· Supervise civil works including RCC, structural work, flooring, masonry, roofing and other construction activities.

· Monitor project progress, manpower and material requirements.

· Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.

· Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.

· Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQ and work estimates.

· Control project costs and minimize material and manpower wastage.

· Identify project delays and take corrective action.

· Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.





· Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, mechanical and other teams.

· Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company requirements.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Civil Construction and Project Management

· Good knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing and industrial construction.

· Ability to read and understand civil drawings, BOQ and specifications.

· Strong contractor and manpower management skills.

· Good knowledge of project planning, estimation and costing.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

· Experience in industrial / factory / manufacturing construction projects will be preferred.

· Candidates with experience in handling complete civil projects independently will be preferred.

· Local candidates from Raipur/Chhattisgarh will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
