Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with API management and security best practices in integration scenarios.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
