Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Store Manager to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, issue, and documentation of electrical materials and equipment at the project/site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the electrical store and maintain proper material records.
- Receive electrical materials and verify quantity, specifications, and quality against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN, material issue slips, and inventory records.
- Issue electrical materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare Material Requisition / Purchase Requisition for required items.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of cables, wires, panels, switches, lighting materials, tools, and other electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid material shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Site Engineering teams.
- Track material consumption and wastage and report abnormal usage.




- Maintain records of returned, damaged, excess, and rejected materials.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement of all materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of electrical materials and equipment.
- Strong inventory and stock management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/store management software.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple material requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
