Role overview:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Executive Interns to promote and conduct workshop programs in colleges. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with institutions, organizing sessions, and delivering engaging workshops to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to colleges and educational institutions to schedule workshop programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management and faculty
- Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops/seminars for students
- Deliver engaging presentations on topics like AI, technology, or career development
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed workshop bookings
- Travel to colleges for conducting sessions (if required)
- Achieve monthly targets for workshop bookings and conversions
- Collect feedback and improve program quality
Skills & Qualification
- Sales & Relationship Building: Proven ability or aptitude in institutional sales, lead generation, pitching, and client relationship management.
- Technical & Domain Awareness: Solid foundational understanding of modern tech domains (AI, IT tools, Career Trends) to comfortably explain concepts to students.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to colleges and campuses for on-site workshop execution
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline.
