We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive who can independently handle the company's day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the company's day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Manage accounting entries, ledgers, invoicing, receivables, payables and vendor accounts.
- Maintain and manage accounts using Tally.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash/bank transactions and regular account reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting compliances.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements and MIS reports as required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, consultants and other relevant parties.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.




- Take responsibility for maintaining the company's accounts in an accurate, systematic and up-to-date manner.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliances.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good English communication skills will be preferred.
- Experience in trading, construction, real estate or a similar business environment will be an added advantage.
- Salary will be based on the experience, qualifications, skill sets and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
