Responsible for ensuring smooth and timely delivery of vehicles to customers, completing all delivery-related documentation, and providing a good customer experience during vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, RTO, Finance, Insurance, and Service departments.
- Ensure accessories are fitted as per customer requirements before delivery.
- Hand over the vehicle, keys, documents, and accessories to the customer.
- Take customer acknowledgement and delivery photographs as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update the DMS/system.
- Handle customer queries related to vehicle delivery professionally.
- Follow company and Honda delivery standards and procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable documentation and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years in automobile/showroom operations preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
