Drive membership growth at Hydro Fit Gyms by converting walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital leads into active members while delivering high-standard customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Leads: Pitch membership packages, conduct facility tours, and convert walk-ins/inquiries into paid sign-ups.
- Outreach: Execute local promotional drives and corporate outreach to generate current leads.
- Retention & Upselling: Maintain member relationships to secure renewals, upgrades, and personal training sales.
- Operations: Track daily sales metrics in the CRM and maintain a professional front-desk area.
Requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and basic computer/Excel skills.
- Target-driven with a solid understanding of fitness operations.
