Job Title: Architect

Location: Lullanagar, NIBM, Pune

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect to support our in-house Architecture Department. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, reviewing multidisciplinary drawings, and assisting with project documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

· Develop working drawings and construction documentation.

· Review and coordinate drawings from architectural, structural, MEP, and other consultants for accuracy and consistency.

· Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with consultants for timely resolution.

· Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.

· Assist in consultant coordination and project follow-ups.

· Process and verify consultants' bills through the ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

· Support the senior architecture team in design development, site coordination,



and project execution.

· Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable building regulations.

Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in AutoCAD with solid drafting skills.

· Ability to review and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.

· Familiarity with ERP software for consultant bill processing is preferred.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Basic knowledge of construction documentation and building regulations.

· Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

· 3-6 years of relevant experience.
