- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record and verify invoices, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, reporting, and other finance-related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
