University & Country Mapping: Recommend ideal institutions and pathways (focusing on MBBS/Medical tracks in Central Asia/Europe, as well as UK/European general degrees) based on NEET scores, academic eligibility, and regulatory guidelines (such as NMC compliance).

Lead Management & Sales Conversion: Actively follow up with incoming marketing leads, maintain CRM pipelines, schedule campus visits, and achieve quarterly enrollment targets.

Documentation & Visa Guidance: Assist candidates with accurate university application filing, document verification, apostille processes, passport processing, and visa file compilation.

Parent & Client Relationship: Build high trust with families by addressing queries regarding host-country safety, hostel/mess infrastructure, fees, and travel arrangements.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on changing global immigration policies, embassy requirements, and university intake deadlines.
