Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and on-boarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage exit formalities and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,645.94 - ₹35,628.65 per month
