Centre Manager

- Centre Operations & Compliance – Smooth operations, safety, hygiene, documentation & compliance.
- Academic & Child Experience – Quality classroom delivery, child engagement & development.
- Team Management – Team performance, discipline, mentoring, training & culture.
- Parent Experience – Parent communication, satisfaction, grievance handling & retention.
- Admissions & Growth – Enquiries, conversions, admissions, retention & centre growth.
- Administration & MIS – Reports, records, inventory, resources & HO coordination.
- Events & Brand – Successful execution of events and maintaining Jumpstart standards.
- Centre Ownership – Proactive problem-solving, accountability & continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in preschool, school administration, education, hospitality, retail,



or a similar people-management role.
- Prior experience managing a team or centre will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
