- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Candidates with CBSE school experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Experience teaching English at the middle/high school level is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, literature, speaking and communication skills.
- Develop students’ critical thinking, creativity and effective communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other learning resources.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support slow learners through remedial teaching and provide enrichment activities for advanced learners.
- Maintain proper classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage participation in debates, elocution, creative writing,
literary activities and other language-related events.
- Maintain student records and complete academic documentation on time.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, school events and other assigned responsibilities.

- Student-friendly and innovative teaching approach.
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and technology effectively.
Preferred: Candidates who can demonstrate solid board-exam preparation skills and proficiency in teaching English Language & Literature for Classes VI–X.
CBSE’s secondary-stage English expectations emphasize listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, along with academic language proficiency.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
