Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Position: Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company records.
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records.
- Prepare daily reports and update data as required.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors.
- Handle basic computer and office-related work.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for data requirements.
- Perform other data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 1 year or more
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Immediate Joining Required

Key Requirement

The candidate should be responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, Excel, and documentation.
