Job Location: Patna, Bihar - In Person (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full Time - Day Shift (10 AM to 6 PM)
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply (1+ Year in Telecalling / Customer Support preferred)
We are looking for:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Relationship Manager for our Patna office. This is a women-friendly workplace and we have a supportive team workplace. Your main work will be to talk to new clients, understand their family requirement and help them find a suitable rishta.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to clients on call and WhatsApp and understand their matrimony requirement
- Explain Sangini Matrimony services and membership plans
- Maintain client biodata and follow up with families
- Coordinate with matching team for suitable profiles
- Provide excellent customer support and build long-term trust with families
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of computer / WhatsApp / Email
- Positive attitude, honest and responsible nature
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate can apply
- Must be based in Patna and comfortable with Work From Office
