Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive supervisor to manage day-to-day team operations, monitor employee performance, ensure smooth workflow, and achieve operational targets. Candidates with experience in BPO and customer support industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily team operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Train, guide, and support new employees during onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with team leaders, managers, and other departments.
- Monitor team discipline, punctuality, and workplace standards.
- Track team performance and identify improvement areas.




- Drive process improvements to improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant supervisory / team handling experience.
- BPO / customer service experience preferred.
- Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile

- Any graduate.
- Candidates with a BPO sector sector background are preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from the office at JP Nagar, Bangalore.
