Job Summary – Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for Scantech Laser Pvt. Ltd., a laser machine manufacturing company dealing in products such as laser marking, laser cutting, laser welding, laser drilling, laser cleaning, robotic systems, pharmaceutical systems, and special purpose machines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Process indents for Electrical Consumables ans Electrical Panels.
2. Process indents for Electrical Job work. (It includes Electrical Instruments).
3. Process indents for Electrical Subcontracting.
4. Process indents for Housekeeping and Stationery.
5. Process indents for IT.
6.Handling and follow up for vendor generation.
7.



Followup with vendor for any shortage,rejection,tax,invoices,excise documents etc.
8.Review of Pending indents and Pending Purchase orders on daily period.
9.Focusing on material not recieved beyond delivery date.
10.Reconciliation with accounts for advance payments made.
11. Initiate Payment advises in case of advance payment.
12.PO preparation of Import items.
13.Advises to stores for movement of material through GP/Excise Challan.

Experience Required - 3 to 5 years.
