Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Static Equipment/Structural Fabrication to join our Quality Assurance & Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for stage-wise inspection, NDT activities, documentation, and ensuring that fabricated static equipment meets project specifications, drawings, codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct stage-wise inspection of static equipment / Structural fabrication.
- Perform and monitor LPT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) and RT (Radiographic Testing) activities. MPT, PT
- Review and verify inspection reports, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Project, Welding, and NDT teams for quality-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, QAPs, WPS/PQR, and applicable codes and standards.
- Inspect welding, fit-up, dimensional accuracy, material identification, and fabrication activities.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate for corrective and preventive actions.




- Maintain inspection records and prepare quality-related reports.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and clients during inspection activities.
- Ensure proper closure of inspection observations and non-conformities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in static equipment, pressure vessels, process equipment, or heavy fabrication.
- NDT Level II certification is required.
- Practical knowledge of LPT and RT is essential.
- Good understanding of stage-wise inspection and welding inspection.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings, inspection procedures, ITPs, QAPs, and quality documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production teams, clients, and inspection agencies.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, storage tanks, boilers, or other process/static equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
