Job Overview
Contemporary Code Solutions is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential B2B clients, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
Our services include Website Development, WordPress, E-commerce Development, SEO and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Introduce and pitch our IT and digital services
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Convert leads into successful clients
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team
- Provide regular updates on calling and sales performance
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BDE, Sales or Business Development
- Experience in B2B Sales or IT Services Sales will be preferred
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional communication over phone calls
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently from home
- Laptop/computer and stable internet connection required
