Customer Sales & Representative – Russian Native Speaker

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Sales & Representative who is a native Russian speaker and can effectively communicate with Russian-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The candidate should possess excellent Russian language skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking customers through verbal and written channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information, solutions, and assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving customer service and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.




- Actively listen to customers and understand their needs before providing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Actively participate as a working manager/team member to foster a strong customer-service-focused culture.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to business growth.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

Location:

Sector 2, Noida – Block C, 125A

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
