Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Own sourcing for assigned roles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and recruitment partners where required

- Screen resumes against role-specific must-have criteria and conduct structured HR screening calls

- Maintain candidate pipelines, interview status, feedback, offer status, notice periods, and joining dates in a central tracker





- Coordinate interviews with Department Heads / Reporting Managers and ensure feedback is closed within agreed timelines

- Support offer roll-out, document collection, background verification, and onboarding coordination

- Build reusable talent pools for recurring agency roles including PPC, Social Media, SEO, Design, Sales, and Client Servicing

Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria

- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer/joining

- Strong candidate communication and follow-up discipline

- Comfortable maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and weekly hiring reports

- Able to screen for role fit using structured criteria rather than keyword matching alone

- High discretion when handling compensation and employee/candidate information

Valuable to Have

- Prior hiring experience in a digital marketing or creative agency

- Experience hiring multiple roles in parallel under tight turnaround times

- Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as source effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and ageing
